Sincerely Chanting & Light- Offering opened the gate for my internship!

I am a junior at a Massachusetts college majoring in Design and Computer Science. From the beginning of the year, I started looking for an internship. I sent out many applications but got no responses. The summer of junior year is very important for future job searches. When I thought about landing an internship and job after graduation, I would feel anxious, like there is darkness ahead and no light.
My grandma is Grandmaster’s disciple. When I felt helpless, she told me that the effort of an individual is tiny but the power of All Buddhas and Bodhisattvas is limitless. She told me to sincerely pray for the help of Grandmaster and all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. If I did so, along with hard work that is true and sincere, my wish would come true. She also used the 64-Trigram for me and pulled up “Manjushri Bodhisattva loves you”, “Think twice before you act” and “Create your best”.
Before Spring Break, I got an interview for the first round from a large software company. It already exceeded my goal. (Originally, I only tried applying to small companies). At the same time, teachers at Boston Bodhi suggested that I do light offering and sincerely practice chanting and prostration. They advised I prayed to Grandmaster and All Buddhas and Bodhisattvas for their blessing and guidance to lead me to wisdom and get an internship of my choice as soon as possible.
A few days later, I could not believe it myself. I was thrilled to receive a surprise: Grandmaster accepted me in the Facebook group he created for youth called Mars.
Beside feeling happy and grateful, I practiced chanting and prostration with all my heart. After the first round of interview, I got a second interview by the department manager. This time, it went smoothly too. Since I have the same interests as the manager, he said he saw his younger self in me. The following day, human resources sent me an invitation to the final round of interview.
I also asked the center to do a light offering for me. I practiced chanting every day with sincerity and tried very hard to prepare for the final round of the interview. Afterwards, I felt that I had done all that I could. I had no regrets even if I was unable to get what I hope for. Although I was still nervous about the result, I felt good when I thought of the blessing and protection from Grandmaster and All Buddhas and Bodhisattvas.
In the following week, I received the great news I was hoping for: I got the job. The design team who interviewed me was looking forward to having me join their team.
I am very delighted. The matter that had been worrying me the past few months was finally settled. This company is quite big and could provide many opportunities for me to grow. It is beyond my expectation.
I know deeply that the good result is due to the assistance, blessing, and guidance from Grandmaster and All Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. I am also grateful to my grandma, my parents, and Boston Bodhi for their continued support, encouragement, and help.
Words cannot express my gratitude. It makes my confidence in Grandmaster and All Buddhas and Bodhisattvas stronger. I deeply understand Buddha’s blessing has always been with me since I was little. To be able to connect with Grandmaster and All Buddhas and Bodhisattvas makes the journey better. Of course, I must also work hard with all my heart to achieve it. I cannot simply sit and wait for luck. I would like to follow Grandmaster’s path to help others, just like the way the center helps me.
